SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is a printing technique where mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. All of our screen printing is done in house, and diligently printed to the best quality possible. We work with manual presses only, employing printers who are trained to have emphasis on attention to detail.
PRICING
There are 4 variables that go into quoting a screen printing order:
- QUANITITY AND SIZES
- QUALITY OF GARMENT
- COLORS IN DESIGN
- NUMBER OF PRINTS
MINIMUM
The minimum amount per order we offer is 20 pieces. If you are interested in a sample run, please contact us for pricing.
Volume Discounts
The more pieces you order, the cheaper they will each cost. Our quantity breakdowns are as follows:
20 - 34, 35 - 49, 50 - 74, 75 - 100, 101 - 200, 201 - 500, 501 - 1000, 1000+
Screen Setup Fees
Due to the time, efforts and materials that it takes to set up each individual screen, we charge $25 per screen for each order. Once you pay a setup fee, we will hold onto your screens up to 6 months. If you order within that time frame, we will waive your setup fees.
